Shipping policy

At BOUJEE Leathers our prime focus and concern is on providing our customers the best value goods in return for the price they are paying, on their doorsteps in the shortest time possible.

To retain single standards across the world, we offer an exclusive FREE SHIPPING and have no minimum or maximum ordering quantity restrictions. In multiple items orders we can ship items packed together in the form of a single parcel, instead of each item individually packed. After the order has been dispatched we cannot amend the delivery address, the consignee will have to contact the respective courier company's office for further assistance.

BOUJEE Leathers operates all over the world (except Israel & N. Korea) and ships its orders free of charge within 8 to 10 working days, via FedEx, DHL, Aramex or UPS. Exceptionally, however shipping of a particular item could be delayed by a few additional working days. The choice of courier will be retained by BOUJEE Leathers to ensure swift and timely delivery of goods.

If there are any delivery duty charges applicable in the customers country, those charges will be paid by the customer. We therefore, advise all our customers to check with their customs official about any additional charges applicable.

Upon confirmation of payment, we acknowledge the order confirmation and immediately start processing the order. Finally when we hand over the order to the courier service, we provide the tracking number of the shipment to our customer to follow up and keep track of their shipment. If your shipment is delayed due to any reason you should inquire from the courier service which can be done by simply calling them.

To avoid any inconveniences, it is advised to the customer to stay in touch with the courier service and be aware that if the delivery remains unsuccessful after two or three attempts the package could be routed to the courier's warehouse and eventually lost or discarded .
